01About these terms

This website, virtaforce.com in English and Vietnamese, is run by Virtaforce Company Limited ("Virtaforce", "we", "us"), a company registered in Vietnam under enterprise registration number 0317708835, with its registered office at Office 9.14, 9th Floor, Golden King Tower, 15 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.

These terms cover the website only. The services we provide to clients are governed by the services agreement and data processing agreement each client signs with us. If those documents and these terms differ, the signed documents apply.

02Using the website

You may use the website to learn about us and to get in touch. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• try to gain access to parts of the website, the server or any system connected to it that are not meant for the public, or test their security without our written permission;
• send or upload anything containing viruses or other harmful code;
• copy the website's content in bulk by automated means, or put a load on the server that disrupts it;
• pretend to be Virtaforce, or to act for us, or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.

We may block access from any address that breaks these rules.

03Information on the website

The website describes our services and how we work in general terms. It is not an offer that can be accepted, and it is not legal, tax, employment or other professional advice. What we do for a client, at what price and on what terms is fixed only in a written agreement signed by both sides.

We take care that the information is accurate and up to date, but services, processes and details may change, and the website may not always reflect the latest position. If something matters to a decision, please confirm it with us.

04Who owns the content

The website and its content, including its text, design, illustrations, photographs, the Virtaforce name and logo, are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law in Vietnam and other countries.

You may view the website, print or save pages for your own reference or your company's internal use, and share links to it. You may not copy, change, republish or sell its content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Requests to use our logo, for example in a client list, are welcome at hello@virtaforce.com.

05Getting in touch through the website

The contact form does not send anything to us. It writes an email in your own mail app, which you send yourself. You can also reach us on WhatsApp, Zalo or LinkedIn.

Please do not send confidential information, such as your customers' personal data or trade secrets, before we have signed an agreement that covers it. If you need to share something confidential while we prepare a proposal, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.

How we handle the personal data you send us is explained in our Privacy policy.

06Links to other websites

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Zalo and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

07Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

08Liability

The website is provided free of charge and "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or free of harmful code, and we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using it or relying on its content, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, such as liability for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If a dispute arises about the website, please write to us first at hello@virtaforce.com; we will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This does not take away any right you have, as a consumer, to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, so please check it when you use the website. If a part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.

These terms are published in English and Vietnamese. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version applies to matters governed by Vietnamese law, and the English version applies to everything else.
