We are a Vietnamese company, registered as Virtaforce Company Limited. Our team works remotely from across Vietnam, for companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, the Middle East and across Southeast Asia.
We work with growing businesses of every kind rather than one industry, because the work we take on, answering customers, running calendars and inboxes, keeping operations moving, looks much the same from one business to the next.
Everything about your engagement is kept in one place you can open at any time. You see how the work is going without having to ask for an update.

Founder and CEO

Co-founder and Head of Business Development
Thanh, on how Virtaforce started
I've always loved the idea of being an entrepreneur. Working on different projects, I kept noticing how much time businesses lose to repetitive, manual work. So I started building solutions, one workflow at a time, long before AI became part of everyday work. I simply wanted to make things work better than they did yesterday.
We started with just two people. As more businesses trusted us with their work, the team grew, and we learned that the best way to deliver consistently great work is to build a team you can consistently count on.
Today, as the world talks about AI replacing people, we see a different future: AI as a powerful tool, not a replacement for the judgment, creativity and care that great work needs. The technology may change, but what drives us hasn't: to make things better than they were yesterday.
